about emma


emma is an experienced nutritional therapist, behaviour change expert and eating disorder practitioner. She has worked with clients with eating disorders for almost 10 years, and is an experienced educator, supervisor and mentor of practitioners working in this field. She also guest lectures on this topic including delivering the Nutritional Interventions in Eating Disorders module for the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED). She has also delivered BANT webinars on nutrition and eating disorders, health psychology and behavioural science.

Emma is completing her doctoral research in body image and eating disorder interventions. She successfully uses a combined approach of nutritional, behavioural and psychological interventions; an approach which has been shown to be effective with this client group.
