Emma Hendricks Eating Disorders Nutritional Therapist and Psychologist

Emma is a leading Registered Nutritional Therapist (fBANT & CNHC), Behaviour Change Practitioner, Trainee Health Psychologist (BPS), educator and mentor. Emma’s special interests include disordered eating, body image, eating behaviour and emotional well-being. She is experienced in various psychological approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy and behaviour change tools. Emma is also an educator and supervisor on nutrition in eating disorders and eating behaviour.

Emma leads and delivers training for practitioners on Nutritional Interventions in Eating Disorders at the National Centre of Eating Disorders (NCFED). She supervises and mentors practitioners working in disordered eating. She completed her Nutritional Therapy training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and received a distinction and an award for top student.

She is also currently completing a doctorate in Health Psychology and her research focuses on evaluating interventions to improve body image and disordered eating. See Emma’s latest research publications here.

Victoria is an experienced Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT & CNHC) with extensive training in eating disorders, disordered eating and body image (NCFED). she has an MSc in Nutrition and an MA in Health Education and Health Promotion. Victoria gained her training as a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). Committed to ongoing learning, she has also completed additional qualifications in hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy and life coaching.

Recently Victoria has recognised that traditional coaching methods may be ineffective for neurodivergent individuals who often face unique challenges.  To enhance her understanding of all forms of neurodiversity and further increase her skills to provide complete and individual support for her clients, Victoria  has now completed a Diploma in Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Neurodiversity, (NEDDE).

Her aim is to free her clients from the shame, distress and fear that disordered eating brings. She provides bespoke nutritional guidance in easily manageable steps and teaches the behavioural skills needed to allow her clients to develop a healthy relationship with food and a greater appreciation of their body.

michelle mccarthy - disordered eating & body image coach

Michelle is an experienced Coach (ICF) with extensive training in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image and low self-esteem. She completed a Master Practitioner Programme with the NCFED, including a Certificate in Nutritional Interventions for Eating Disorders.

As a coach, her role is to help facilitate behaviour change through bringing awareness to her client’s behavioural patterns around food and their body, helping them to understand the reasons behind their behaviour and empowering them to take action, learn new skills and reach their goals. She also volunteers with Bodywhys the Eating Disorder Association of Ireland. Through her work she helps clients to build a healthy relationship with food and with their body.

craig lee - counsellor and psychotherapist

Craig is an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist (ISPC) with 18 years’ experience working across behaviour change and mental health services in the NHS, private healthcare, and charity sectors. He holds an MSc in Psychology, BA (Hons) in Counselling, and is currently undertaking a diploma in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis.

He specialises in eating disorders and body image issues having undertaken additional, extensive training with The National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED).

As an integrative therapist with training in a number of approaches (including person-centred counselling, CBT, ACT, and trauma therapies) Craig is committed to taking a compassionate, individualised approach tailored to your needs.

Having recovered from an eating disorder and body dysmorphia himself, Craig understands the importance of getting the right help. His approach is underpinned by seeing recovery as being about so much more than just symptom reduction, but about helping you to live a full, rich life.

Jemma is an experienced Practice Manager and all-round queen of organisation. Jemma leads on client management, so she is likely to be the first member of the team you come into contact with.

She also leads on social media, marketing, finance, administration and project management.
